Abstract:
Heywang model is one of the revolutionary new approaches towards future electronic miniaturization based on integranular contacs. In this paper we are enreach this model to become more precise within the area of electrons motions and controlling integranular electronics processes. One of the phenomena which could be better analyzed is PTC effect. In the frame of complex fractal correction, the surfaces of the grains, pores, and Brownian electronic particles motion, are very important phenomena which very directly influence on properties of barium titanate and other ceramics. The fractal analysis of chaotical electrons trajectories, open very new frontiers with the goal to control all microtransport processes. In this research, we practically, introduce the new model of α complex fractal correction with enlightening αm charaterising Brownian electronic particles motion phenomena.
